Ashley Gooden-Stewart is the CEO and Founder of the Baby Stewart Foundation, established in memory of her infant son CJ Stewart. From La Marque, TX, and a 2010 Lamar University graduate, Ashley has expanded her foundation’s mission beyond Galveston County to support vulnerable communities across the South and internationally. The foundation provides essentials like baby supplies, hygiene items, car seat safety, and bereavement support, along with quarterly support for the unhoused at God’s Kingdom and Restoration Ministries and disaster relief efforts. Inspired by her grandmother Pearl Goins, a formidable entrepreneur and matriarch, Ashley is driven to ensure that basic human rights and needs are met for all.
