What began as a vision to celebrate everyday entrepreneurs has grown into a movement honoring the builders, creators, service providers, innovators, and community leaders who are redefining success on their own terms.
By 2035, Side Hustle Honors® will be a nationally recognized awards platform and media experience that elevates side hustlers across industries, cities, and communities. Our future includes expanded entrepreneur education, business storytelling, national partnerships, digital programming, and a stronger resource network for founders building while balancing careers, families, caregiving, school, faith, and everyday life.
We believe success is not limited to traditional corporate pathways. It is built in the after-hours, during lunch breaks, on weekends, in kitchens, studios, classrooms, barbershops, offices, and community spaces.

Our Journey: From a Vision to a Movement
Founded in 2015, Side Hustle Honors® was created to celebrate the resilience, passion, creativity, and determination of entrepreneurs building businesses while managing full-time responsibilities.
Our first awards ceremony in 2018 in St. Louis laid the foundation for what has become a growing cultural movement, recognizing more than 100 side hustlers across industries and communities.
Over the years, Side Hustle Honors® has highlighted entrepreneurs who are not waiting for permission to build. They are launching ideas, serving communities, creating jobs, sharing stories, and proving that hustle is not just about working harder. It is about building something meaningful with what you have, where you are, while still believing more is possible.
Now in its 8th year, Side Hustle Honors® continues to evolve from a local celebration into a national platform for everyday entrepreneurs.
