Chardonnay Henry is more than a Registered Behavior Technician—she’s a force of love and leadership in the autism community. Her side hustle, Autism Axis Network, is a bold and necessary platform offering sensory boxes, workforce development, and social skills training for individuals on the spectrum.

Her motivation? Deeply personal. Inspired by her son and nephew, Chardonnay launched her brand with pre-launch giveaways in 2024 that caught the attention of caregivers and educators across the city. Her most celebrated product—custom-designed sensory boxes—blended clinical intention with compassion, quickly becoming a powerful tool for comfort and regulation.

In 2025, Autism Axis Network will officially launch on April 2nd—World Autism Awareness Day—with plans to scale nationwide. From research-driven resources to workforce inclusion, Chardonnay is leading the next evolution of autism support for Black and Brown families.
