Dr. Ashley Storman is a seasoned Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Scholar, Educator, Author, and Consultant with over 15 years of experience across higher education, non-profits, and human resources. Specializing in recruitment, retention, and leadership development, Dr. Storman is committed to empowering marginalized communities and fostering inclusive environments. Her research primarily examines the leadership development of Black women in academia.

Actively involved in St. Louis, she serves on the Board of Habitat for Humanity, is a committee member for Girls Inc., and co-chairs the Empower Our Families Initiative with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Dr. Storman’s consulting practice focuses on disrupting systemic barriers and enhancing organizational cultures, drawing inspiration from advocate Amanda Seales to lead with authenticity and passion.
