Kesha Jossell began her nonprofit career in 2006, co-founding Kuiche Cafe and Culinary Arts to inspire future chefs through partnerships with schools and park districts. With over 16 years as a Rail Supervisor at the Chicago Transit Authority, Kesha developed strong leadership and management skills. She later transitioned into entrepreneurship, launching several businesses and a consultancy to support nonprofit organizations. Kesha founded ITS HER & and co-founded SMOKEHOUSE ACADEMY, a nonprofit dedicated to helping entrepreneurs restructure their businesses. ITS HER not only offers expert guidance but also honors the achievements of women, creating a supportive community that celebrates success.
